Past History of bowel cancer
3 years
Known familial cancer syndromes (Lynch/HNPCC, FAP)
1 year
5 years
Polyps Follow up
Polyps less than 4 or less than 1 cm: 5 years
Polyps 5-9 or > 1 cm or other adverse features: 3 years
Polyps >10, post EMR, incomplete: 3 months (Maximum 4 per year)
Past history of inflammatory bowel disease
1 to 3 years
